Refund, Return, Exchange Policy
Here at Swimmie Caps are primary goal is to provide AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. We want you to be fully and completely satisfied with your purchase(s) and encourage you to test out your Swimmie Caps in the water. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please follow the steps below to return/exchange:
SWIMMIE CAPS accepts returns within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. In the subject line please write your "Order Number - Return" (i.e. Order 1000 - Return). In the email please tell us why you are requesting a refund or exchange.
Please return item(s) in purchased condition by mail to the address listed below. You will receive credit within 7-10 business days of the receipt and verification of the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. It is highly recommended that your returned item(s) are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. All refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment used to make your purchase.
Please be sure to inspect your order upon arrival to inspect your package for any damages(s) that may have occurred during shipping. If your item(s) is damaged, please photograph the package and damages and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line please write "Order number - Damage" (i.e. Order 1000 - Damage). All claims for damages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise.
If we have confirmation/proof of delivery, there are absolutely no refunds for items claimed not to have been received. In these instances, the buyer is welcome to file a claim with USPS. Swimmie Caps will not be held responsible for filing any claims with USPS.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for return and damage of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
